This healthy toddler breakfast is one of our favourite breakfast ideas.Ingredients:A small handful of spinach leaves220g self-raising flour280g greek yoghurt1 small sprig of dill1 tomato, sliced4 mushroomsA small handful of grated cheese8 eggsMethodPreheat your oven to 180°CBlend the spinach leaves in a food processor, or chop finely.Combine the flour, yoghurt, dill and blended spinach into a dough, and mix with a wooden spoon.Knead on a floured board until it is no longer sticky - about two or three minutes should do the trick! If it stays very sticky, just keep adding a little bit of flour.Divide in 4 and roll into circles for your pizza bases.Layer sliced tomato on the dough, and layer the toppings on top to make a face. Let your inner artist go wild!Sprinkle over the top with cheeseCrack two eggs on top of each pizza, and carefully place in the oven to cook for 20 minutes.Wait until the pizza has cooled, and chop into slices to serve!
