Shuffleboard, table football, ping pong… if you’ve missed such things, then BOXPARK Wembley Park’s the place to go.The venue’s Playbox area reopens on 25 July – in step with a further easing of lockdown restrictions to bring back indoor leisure venues. It’s a cracking place for kids, with a variety of table-top games and a live screening room. Parents might also be interested to know that the area also includes a bar, and separate facilities for VR gaming and axe throwing (yes, axe throwing) are next door. The area has excellent public transport links, and visitors can also enjoy three hours of free parking.
